Dining In is a licensed and insured business, owned and operated by Felicia Pezzoni-Anderson. Felicia has been in the catering and restaurant business for over 15 years. She is available for personal/private chef services including weekly meal preparation and catering events for two to five-hundred guests.   She has catered to clients all over the valley and was featured on FOX 10.

Felicia specializes in healthy meals designed around your personal tastes.  One of the qualities that sets her apart is all of her meals are made from scratch.  You would be surprised how many other "chefs" and caterers use frozen,premade, boxed foods for their meals.  Felicia refuses to take the easy road and use prebreaded chicken and frozen appetizers.  Every appetizer, hors d'oeuvre, meal and dessert is made by Chef Felicia with fresh ingredients, just for you. 

Felicia graduated in 1994 with a degree in Culinary Arts from The Restaurant School, Philadelphia, PA. She is also certified in Sanitation and Nutrition. Aside from running her own business, Felicia has had formal culinary training in France and experience in restaurants and major hotels in Texas, Pennsylvania, Delaware and Arizona. Felicia serves as President of the Phoenix Chapter of The United States Personal Chef Association.  She has experience as a private chef and has catered weddings, dinners, brunches and private parties.

All meals are prepared using the freshest, high-quality ingredients available.  Felicia would be honored to meet your personal chef or catering needs.
